Speaking at a White House press conference, Vance revealed that 12.5 million barrels of oil transited the Strait of Hormuz overnight, marking the highest volume since the conflict began, as Breitbart News reports.

The Vice President detailed significant economic improvements stemming from the peace framework. Oil prices have returned nearly to pre-war levels, while gasoline prices dropped below four dollars per gallon for the first time since hostilities commenced. Vance indicated that prices are expected to continue falling given current crude oil valuations.

On the security front, Vance confirmed that Iranian forces have refrained from attacking shipping in the Strait of Hormuz for two consecutive nights, adhering to their commitments under the agreement. The United States has reciprocated by ending its blockade operations.

The Vice President outlined permanent strategic gains achieved regardless of Iranian compliance with future phases of the Trump peace plan. Iran’s nuclear enrichment program has been completely dismantled, including facilities used for weapons development. The country’s conventional military forces have been destroyed, and its capacity to threaten regional neighbors has been largely eliminated.

Vance addressed what he characterized as misleading reporting by establishment media regarding financial benefits to Iran. He emphasized that Tehran will receive no American taxpayer money under any circumstances, and any access to frozen assets depends entirely on full compliance and behavioral transformation.

The arrangement creates a favorable outcome for American interests under either scenario, Vance explained. Should Iran fail to modify its conduct, its military and nuclear capabilities remain neutralized. Alternatively, if Tehran chooses compliance, the Middle East will experience transformative change in its relationship with the Iranian people.

Vance characterized the framework as delivering victory for the American people and the President regardless of Iran’s ultimate decision.
