Trump Says He ‘Checked Out Perfectly’ in Latest Physical
President Trump announced his six-month physical at Walter Reed Military Medical Center showed perfect results, with all health metrics checking out without concern during the three-and-a-half-hour visit.
The President posted an update to Truth Social while returning from the medical facility in the early afternoon hours, according to Breitbart News. Trump confirmed he had completed his routine six-month physical and thanked the medical personnel who conducted the comprehensive evaluation.
The President’s visit to Walter Reed lasted approximately three and a half hours, with arrival shortly before 9:00 a.m. and departure just before 12:30 p.m. Tuesday. White House press guidance indicated that Trump met with service members and staff at the facility prior to his examination, though reporters were not granted access to the visit.
This physical follows Trump’s previous examination conducted in October, Breitbart News reports. At that time, U.S. Navy Captain and Presidential Physician Sean Barbabella documented that the President demonstrated excellent overall health with a cardiac age approximately 14 years younger than his actual chronological age. Barbabella noted that Trump maintained a demanding daily schedule without any medical restrictions.
The October visit included MRI scanning and comprehensive laboratory testing conducted in coordination with leading academic and medical consultants to ensure optimal cardiovascular wellness.
Barbabella characterized the laboratory results as exceptional, with stable metabolic, hematologic, and cardiac parameters across all measured categories.
In December, the White House released detailed MRI results through a statement from Barbabella after failed Democrat vice-presidential nominee Tim Walz, Governor of Minnesota, publicly demanded their disclosure. The physician reported that cardiovascular imaging showed perfectly normal results with no evidence of arterial narrowing, impaired blood flow, or abnormalities in the heart or major vessels. Heart chambers measured normal in size, vessel walls appeared smooth and healthy, and no signs of inflammation or clotting were detected.
Barbabella further confirmed that abdominal imaging was also perfectly normal, with all major organs appearing healthy and well perfused. All evaluated systems were functioning within normal limits with no acute or chronic medical concerns identified.
The President also underwent a physical examination in April 2025.
