About
Δημοκρατικό Πατριωτικό Κίνημα ΝΙΚΗ (Democratic Patriotic Movement NIKI — Victory) was founded in 2021 as a political expression of Greek Orthodox Christianity, patriotism and social conservatism. It entered the Hellenic Parliament in the 2023 elections and currently holds 8 seats. The party emphasises the role of Orthodox Christian faith in Greek national identity, advocates traditional family policies and positions itself as an alternative to both the secular centre-right and the nationalist far right. Its MEP sits among the Non-Attached Members in the European Parliament.
Leadership
Dimitris Natsios is a schoolteacher, author and founding president of ΝΙΚΗ. Long active in public debate on Greek education, cultural identity and the place of the Orthodox Church in public life, he founded ΝΙΚΗ in 2021 and led the party to its first parliamentary representation two years later.
