Scandal in Germany: Millions in Government Funds to Socialist Youth to Promote Gay Porn in Schools
Since 2021, Germany's Socialist Youth Falcons have received over €8.
This emerges from the written response of the Deputy Minister at the Federal Ministry of Education, Marie-Luise Wolf (CDU), to a question posed by AfD parliamentarian Sebastian Münzenmaier, which is at the disposal of JUNGE FREIHEIT.
Potential additional subsidies from the 16 Federal States are not taken into account. “The Falcons” came under scrutiny due to the scandal uncovered by JF at Schleyfe Secondary School.
There, two individuals responsible for the organization’s activities distributed pornographic images of homosexual men and anti-AfD leaflets during an “action week.” They also required children to use non-binary pronouns.
The youth organization defines its central goal as follows: “Educational and Political – Together for Socialism.” Children must “experience the contradictions of capitalist logic and simultaneously overcome them through socialist practice.” Ultimately, the aim is to achieve “a socialist society.”
Prien (CDU) is paying one million euros this year to the “Falcons”
The Ministry of Education, led by Green politician Lisa Paus since 2021 and by Karin Prien (CDU) from 2025, has paid and continues to pay the bulk directly to the Socialist Youth of Germany (SJD): 8,193,849 euros.
Only this year, it will be 1,023,451 euros.

The Federation’s children and youth program, part of the Ministry of Education, contributed an additional tax revenue of 94,640.09 euros from January 1, 2022, to March 31, 2023.
Additionally, the Federal Agency for Civic Education funded the local SJD association in Berlin, from which the project leaders involved in the Schleyfe case originate, with nearly 152,000 euros.
For the project “IN*VISION 2021,” 80,838.50 euros were allocated; for “Audream – we empower ourselves!” 50,890.53 euros; and for “Audream – new connections,” exactly 20,116.37 euros.
Münzenmaier: “Immediate suspension of funding”
Sebastian Münzenmaier, who submitted the inquiry to the Prien Ministry, said he was shocked by the scale of the funding: “The federal government is putting millions of euros of taxpayers’ money into a socialist group that organizes disturbingly pornographic seminars in schools. This is simply perverse.”

In an interview with JF, the AfD parliamentarian stated about the current session held on Thursday in the House of Representatives that the SPD, the Greens, and The Left accepted this situation without any concern and defended “their friends with leftist ideology in the parliament.”
Münzenmaier also said: “The CDU happily participates in everything.” In view of the “extensive effort for a comprehensive restructuring of society,” including in schools, he called for “the immediate suspension of funding for the red Falcons and a thorough investigation of the activities (with suspension of these) of all left-wing NGOs.”
