Kylie Jenner reveals plans to have kids with Timothée Chalamet

Kylie Jenner told friends she is almost certain she will not use a surrogate to have more children, despite earlier saying she wants more kids eventually.

AUGUST 25, 2026 AT 7:08 PM

The 29-year-old makeup mogul, who shares eight-year-old daughter Stormi and four-year-old son Aire with her ex-partner Travis Scott, made the revelation during an episode of her sister Khloe Kardashian’s new Hulu reality series, “The Girls.”

During a FaceTime conversation with family friend Yris Palmer, who told Jenner she was considering having another child through surrogacy, the Kylie Cosmetics founder admitted the idea of pregnancy currently feels overwhelming to her.

When Palmer asked whether Jenner would consider using a surrogate herself, the reality star responded that she was 99.9 percent certain she would not pursue that option. Jenner explained that because she has healthy, large babies, there is no medical necessity for her to use a surrogate.

From Teen Mom to Business Mogul

Jenner first became a mother at age 20 in 2018 when she welcomed Stormi with then-boyfriend Scott. Her son Aire arrived four years later. The couple’s high-profile split became public in 2023.

Shortly after her breakup with the 35-year-old rapper, Jenner began dating actor Timothée Chalamet, 30, later that same year.

Conflicting Signals on Future Plans

The television personality’s recent comments appear to contradict statements she made earlier this year. In a March interview with Vanity Fair, Jenner confirmed she does want more children eventually, but said she first wants to concentrate on herself, her business ventures, work commitments, and traveling with her existing children.

Four months before that interview, Chalamet suggested during a Vogue conversation that children could be on the radar for him. The Oscar-nominated actor criticized what he viewed as a cynical mindset after watching content where someone boasted about remaining childless to have more personal time, calling the perspective bleak.

Public Declarations of Love

Though Chalamet declined to discuss his relationship with Jenner in detail during the Vogue interview—stating he had nothing to say rather than being fearful of publicity—he has publicly acknowledged her at major awards ceremonies this year.

During his acceptance speech at the Critics Choice Awards, the “Marty Supreme” actor thanked his partner of three years from the stage while Jenner watched from the audience, telling her he loved her and could not achieve his success without their foundation.

Chalamet offered similar acknowledgments during the Golden Globe Awards earlier in the year.
