Europe’s First Remigration Think Tank Launches in Vienna
A Vienna-based institute focused on remigration policy, founded by Austrian activist Martin Sellner, will hold its launch summit in Porto on May 30th.
A newly established Vienna-based organization dedicated to remigration policy is preparing for an official launch later this month, positioning itself as the first European think tank and advocacy group focused on demographic preservation and ethnocultural continuity.
The Institute for Remigration will hold its founding summit in Porto, Portugal, on Saturday, May 30th, according to The European Conservative. The organization was established by Martin Sellner, an Austrian activist who leads the Identitarian Movement of Austria.
The new institute plans to concentrate its work on migration policy, demographic transformation, and what has been termed the ‘Great Replacement’—a concept referring to large-scale demographic change driven by immigration patterns.
By establishing a dedicated research and lobbying presence in Vienna, the organization aims to provide policy frameworks and advocacy resources for remigration initiatives across Europe. The institute represents a formal institutional approach to issues surrounding national identity, border security, and population trends that have become increasingly prominent in European political discourse.
Sellner’s Identitarian Movement has been active in Austria and other European countries, advocating for stricter immigration controls and the preservation of European cultural heritage. The creation of the Institute for Remigration marks an expansion of these efforts into a structured think tank model with transnational ambitions.
