Alex Marlow, editor-in-chief of Breitbart News, used his platform this week to critique what he characterizes as the progressive left’s conflation of Christian faith with unconditional support for illegal immigration. According to Breitbart News, Marlow raised concerns during his Thursday broadcast about the theological and political consistency of Democratic positions on border security.

Speaking on his daily program, Marlow contended that the Democratic Party’s stance on immigration enforcement lacks coherent principle. “So you’re not a Christian if we can’t embrace every illegal alien and then now Joe Biden failed us,” he stated, before asserting that “The Democrats stand for nothing.”

The comments reflect growing conservative scrutiny of how progressive figures have increasingly framed immigration restrictions as morally deficient, while simultaneously pointing to failures in Biden administration border policies.
