Syrian and Afghan Students Terrorize Classmates with Violence and Threats
A twelve-year-old boy in Bavaria was beaten and sexually humiliated by two classmates during a school trip, with the attacks filmed and posted online.
The victim was repeatedly beaten with a belt in a dormitory room by a thirteen-year-old Syrian and a thirteen-year-old Afghan, leaving him bruised and battered. The two suspects also partially undressed their victim and subjected him to sexual humiliation during the ordeal.
Witnesses reported that the perpetrators created photos and videos of their violent acts and posted them on TikTok. Authorities are now investigating both suspects on charges of coercion, bodily harm, and violation of privacy through unauthorized image recordings. However, both attackers were thirteen years old at the time of the incidents, making them below the age of criminal responsibility under current German law.
The Afghan boy is considered the primary perpetrator and has reportedly confessed to the crimes. He has been expelled from the school. Investigators regard the Syrian as an accomplice who followed the main aggressor’s lead.
Mother Accuses School of Negligence
The mother of the victim has leveled serious accusations against both the perpetrators and the school administration. Speaking about the class trip where her son suffered the worst abuse, she questioned how five supervising teachers failed to notice that her child was being tormented for an entire week. She accused the school of a massive breach of its duty of care.
The mother demanded that the Syrian accomplice also be expelled from the school, insisting that her child should never have to encounter either attacker again. She described how her son suffered for weeks from nausea, stomach pain, and sleep disturbances following the attacks. The fear of these boys made him ill, she stated.
Call to Lower Age of Criminal Responsibility
Detlef Kröger, a legal expert, responded to the case by calling for a reduction in the age of criminal responsibility in Germany. He also criticized what he described as a culture of violence that has become established in German schools alongside mass migration.
Kröger emphasized that this development must be stopped, warning that looking the other way is not a viable strategy for addressing the problem.
School Violence Surging Across Germany
Violence in German schools has been rising steadily for years. According to police statistics, approximately 150 students and teachers are insulted, threatened, and physically attacked every single day. This represents a staggering 37 percent increase since 2022.
The Bismarckschule declined to comment on the incident when contacted, citing data protection regulations as the reason for its silence.
