Knife Attack Horror in Metaxourgeio: Algerian Injured During Bag Snatch

Late last night in Metaxourgeio, an Algerian man was violently robbed and injured with a sharp weapon; police are actively investigating to apprehend the attacker.

According to information, at around 23:30 on Viktoros Ougko (Victor Hugo) Street, a foreign man, born in 1986 and originally from Algeria, was attacked. The perpetrator approached him, restrained him, and injured him with a sharp object to the thigh, most likely in an attempt to snatch a small bag he was carrying.

Immediately after the attack, the victim was transported by an ambulance of the National Emergency Aid Center (EKAV) to the “Red Cross” hospital. Authorities have already launched investigations to locate and arrest the assailant.
