Israel Alarmed as Turkey Targets Nuclear Arsenal with IDF Preparations
Analysts warn that Turkey, gaining NATO-backed nuclear ambitions post-Iran conflict, is poised to become Israel’s primary military threat by 2030, prompting Israeli forces to brace for potential confrontation.
According to analysts who maintain contacts with Israeli military personnel, Turkey has drawn significant lessons from the recent war in Iran. They believe the country is aiming to design and develop nuclear warheads for its conventional and unconventional weapons, such as bombs and ballistic missiles.
Israeli officials estimate that a serious military conflict between Turkey and Israel could arise by 2030. Turkey has already launched its own nuclear programs and, unlike Iran, enjoys the support of NATO. This makes managing the Turkish threat far more complex for Israel compared to the Islamic government of Iran.
“Whether you want to or not, before, during, or after the recent war in Iran, I hear from current Israeli defense officials that Turkey will be the main threat to the country once the Islamic regime of Iran no longer poses a threat,” notes the analyst. For this reason, Israel is preparing its armed forces to confront this potential threat, with many believing that a major conflict with Turkey is inevitable.
