Britain’s “Pure Evil” Grooming Gangs Exposed

Conservative opposition politician Rupert Lowe presented his comprehensive “Rape Gang Inquiry Report” last week, according to Junge Freiheit. The more than 200-page document, funded through crowdfunding by several thousand citizens, has reached millions of viewers online despite being almost entirely ignored by mainstream British media outlets including the BBC.

Lowe, founder and sole member of parliament for the party “Restore Britain,” described the systematic abuse as pure unfettered evil in his report. The investigation, which also involved three Conservative MPs, heard testimony from victims and experts documenting years of sexual violence, exploitation and torture perpetrated primarily against vulnerable white working-class girls by predominantly Pakistani Muslim men.

Labour Governments Accused of Cover-Up

The Labour government under outgoing Prime Minister Keir Starmer had consistently avoided providing a nationwide victim count and long resisted calls for a national inquiry. Only after Elon Musk brought intense attention to the issue through sharp criticism on X in 2025 did the government begin to move on the matter.

Lowe has directly accused Labour councillors and Labour governments of bearing primary responsibility for sweeping the rape gang scandal under the carpet for years and decades. His report, amplified by his 860,000 followers on X and support from platform owner Musk, has achieved widespread reach despite the media silence.

Horrific Testimony from Child Victims

The investigation commission heard from victims identified as “Chloe,” “Fiona” and “Michelle” who described years of sexual violence and exploitation. For some girls, the nightmare began at just eleven or twelve years of age. The perpetrators initially groomed young victims, then made them compliant with alcohol and drugs before forcing them into prostitution.

Victims were raped dozens or hundreds of times by different men. Perpetrators often collected them in taxis for sexual encounters. For many years, police, social services and local politicians looked the other way. The girls, mostly from poor, broken families and sometimes housed in care homes, were not believed. They were regarded as adolescent prostitutes. Additionally, authorities feared accusations of racism if they investigated the Pakistani-Muslim groups.

Cultural Factors Explicitly Named

Unlike many official reports, Lowe does not shy away from clearly stating that more than 80 percent of the rapists are Muslims while the victims are almost exclusively young white girls. The report’s summary notes that perpetrators with Pakistani-Muslim or other Muslim backgrounds operated on the basis of an honor and shame-based clan code that treated non-Muslim girls, especially from the white working class, as objects available for sexual use.

The controversial estimate of 250,000 victims nationwide — an extrapolation based on 149 locations and regions with rape gangs — sits significantly higher than suggestions from other sources and experts. The Conservative shadow Home Secretary Katie Lam spoke earlier this year of up to 100,000 girls and young women who became victims of the rape gangs.

Official Inquiry Faces Skepticism

The grooming gang scandal first became widely known a decade and a half ago through an investigative Times report that initially exposed the scandal in Rotherham in northern England. In that city alone, more than 1,400 girls and young women, almost exclusively white, were severely abused.

Andy Burnham, the designated next Labour Prime Minister, supported only a “limited” national investigation. Since April, a new official commission under the chairmanship of Baroness Anne Longfield has begun work. She promised the inquiry would not shrink from uncomfortable truths. However, skepticism remains warranted as the mandate of the official investigation commission is narrowly defined.

Lowe, who split from Nigel Farage’s Reform UK a year ago to form Restore Britain as a competitor on the right, advocates for the death penalty for rape gang members. If he were to govern, he has stated he would hold a referendum on reintroducing capital punishment.
