A foreign collaborator of Hamas was arrested in a joint operation by the National Intelligence Service (EYP) and the Directorate of Internal Security and Counter-Terrorism (DAEEV), facing charges of membership in a terrorist organization, training, and planning operations.

As part of a broad counter-terrorism operation, Greek authorities arrested a 37-year-old foreign national of Palestinian origin in Crete. The man is accused of membership in the terrorist organization Hamas, receiving training, as well as traveling and planning terrorist operations.

As stated in an announcement by the Hellenic Police, the arrested individual is believed to be connected to persons recently arrested in Cyprus for similar terrorism offenses. The investigations, carried out with the participation of EYP and DAEEV, extended to residences in both Crete and Athens. There, mobile phone devices, a laptop, data storage media, bank cards, and laboratory equipment were located and seized.

The collected material will be thoroughly analyzed as part of the preliminary investigation, as authorities estimate that the case is particularly serious. The 37-year-old has already been brought before the competent prosecutor, while investigations remain ongoing for the full revelation of the network and its connections.

According to a report by Haniotika-nea, the prosecuting authorities are focusing particularly on the possible relationships of the arrested individual with other persons who have recently occupied the attention of authorities in Cyprus.

This operation comes at a time of heightened vigilance on terrorism issues in the region, due to the intervention in Iran, with the competent Greek services closely monitoring similar activities.

Mitsotakis Bears Enormous Responsibility

The Mitsotakis government bears enormous responsibility, as its blind submission to the culture of the woke agenda imposed upon us the acceptance of hundreds of thousands of illegal immigrants and their settlement among us. Our country’s security services, after the massive purge of those who disagreed with the practices of the Mitsotakis government, were caught asleep.

A foreign national trained in a terrorist organization not only managed to infiltrate and remain in Greece, passing unnoticed by them for two whole years.

  • How many other terrorists of the Turkophile Hamas are in our country?
  • How many others “remain in the dark” waiting for the moment they will strike?
  • What will all these people do in the event of a Greek-Turkish conflict?
  • Will any politically responsible person finally resign for this mess?

The reporting on this shocking case remains ongoing…
