They could have a child who returns to China, grows up under a communist regime, and then returns here, enrolls in university, and steals intellectual property. This is clearly a national security issue,&#8221;<\/strong><\/em> he stated.<\/p>\n<h2>The measures being considered and proposed solutions<\/h2>\n<p>United States government agencies are examining various measures to address the phenomenon.
