The Dundee court delivered its guilty verdict against Ilya Belov<\/strong> and his sister Nadyezhda Belova<\/strong>, according to Junge Freiheit<\/em>. Sentencing has been scheduled for August, judges confirmed.<\/p>\n

Court proceedings revealed that Belov made sexually explicit remarks toward four schoolgirls aged between 12 and 14 in August of last year. The man reportedly told the children, “Hello sexy, I will give you a good time.” When a 13-year-old girl called him a pervert in response, Belov summoned his sister, who then grabbed one of the girls by the hair, dragged her to the ground, and repeatedly struck her on the head, causing injuries.<\/p>\n

It was at this point that the 12-year-old sister of the assaulted girl grabbed an axe and a knife and confronted Belov in defense of her sibling.<\/p>\n

Video Goes Viral, Police Issue Warnings<\/h2>\n

Belov himself recorded video footage of the confrontation, which began circulating on social media in August and quickly went viral. The 43-second clip shows the young girl shouting at the person filming her, “You damn groper!” Another voice can be heard yelling, “Don’t touch my sister, she’s only twelve!”<\/p>\n

The video amassed over 21 million views on the social media platform X alone. Even X owner Elon Musk<\/strong> weighed in on the incident, calling for accountability for what he described as sycophants and collaborators in positions of power who had enabled a rape epidemic against their own people.<\/p>\n

At the time the video first surfaced, Tayside Police warned the public against spreading what they termed “false information” and urged people not to speculate about the circumstances of the incident. Initial police statements claimed that a Bulgarian couple had been approached by the girls. The BBC also reported that officers had found no evidence of any risk of sexual assault.<\/p>\n

Police Chief Admits Initial Account Was Incomplete<\/h2>\n

Police Chief Elaine Logue<\/strong> has since acknowledged that the original information released by her department did not fully reflect the situation. She also emphasized that there had been false reports circulating on social media claiming the accused Bulgarians were asylum seekers, which she said was inaccurate.<\/p>\n

Logue characterized the case as an example of the complex situations police officers face in the field. The admission marks a significant reversal from the department’s initial public posture, which appeared to downplay the nature of the incident and discourage public discussion of what had transpired.<\/p>\n

The case has sparked widespread debate across Europe about the protection of children, the response of authorities to sexual harassment, and the role of social media in bringing attention to incidents that may otherwise be misrepresented or minimized by official channels.<\/p>\n
