He faced charges including rape and using an object for sexual penetration.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Lauren Bis<\/strong> of the Department of Homeland Security described the convicted criminal as a monster in her statement following the sentencing.<\/p>\n<p>The DHS official issued a direct challenge to Virginia Governor <strong>Abigail Spanberger<\/strong>, calling on the Democratic governor to abandon her sanctuary policies and transfer the convicted pedophile to Immigration and Customs Enforcement custody once his sentence concludes.<\/p>\n<p>Bis warned that failure to cooperate with federal immigration authorities could allow the criminal to return to American streets and potentially harm another innocent child.<\/p>\n<p>The DHS spokesperson emphasized that under President Trump and Secretary Mullin, the administration will not permit criminal illegal alien pedophiles to target innocent children in American communities.<\/p>\n<h2>Previous Border Violations<\/h2>\n<p>Santos-Velasques has a documented history of illegal entry into the United States.
