Ella Waweya<\/strong>, had earlier issued an urgent evacuation order for al-Mansouri residents, directing them to leave the area immediately and move at least 1,000 meters away from their homes.<\/p>\n<p><em>For your safety, you are urged to evacuate from Al-Mansouri immediately,<\/em> Waweya stated on social media, warning that proximity to Hezbollah operatives, military installations, or weapons stockpiles endangered civilian lives.<\/p>\n<p>The military action unfolded as Israeli and Lebanese negotiating teams convened in Rome to pursue a permanent diplomatic resolution. These discussions build on a framework accord signed in late June, wherein both nations committed to ending the conflict and affirming their mutual desire for security as sovereign neighboring states.<\/p>\n<p>Significant obstacles persist between the two sides. Lebanese negotiators are demanding complete Israeli withdrawal from territories occupied since the ceasefire took effect, while Israel insists on the full disarmament of Hezbollah, the Iranian-backed militant organization.<\/p>\n<p>Wednesday&#8217;s sessions represented the seventh round of formal negotiations and are anticipated to concentrate on the Ali Taher area in southern Lebanon, where Israeli forces have maintained demolition operations as part of establishing what Israel characterizes as a security buffer zone.<\/p>\n<p>Since the June ceasefire arrangement, Israel has retained control over sections of southern Lebanon and continued executing airstrikes and ground operations against sites it identifies as Hezbollah military targets.<\/p>\n<p>Negotiations have thus far yielded three designated &#8220;pilot zones&#8221; in southern Lebanon, where the Lebanese Armed Forces have taken over security duties.
