The ammunition bore various inscriptions referencing internet memes and contained messages that appeared to taunt Kirk, including phrases like &#8220;Hey fascist, catch&#8221; and others mocking the victim.<\/p>\n<p>Prosecutors argue these engravings demonstrate that Robinson specifically targeted Kirk based on his political expression and public advocacy positions.<\/p>\n<h3>Defense Has Until Mid-August to Respond<\/h3>\n<p>Robinson&#8217;s legal team will have until August 18 to file their response arguing insufficient evidence exists for trial.
