Due to her status as a lawyer, her case will be heard before the Third Single-Member Court of Appeals.<\/p>\n<p>On October 27, Christos Boukoros will take the stand, followed by the trial of Maximos Senetakis on October 30. The cycle closes on November 12 with the hearing of Kostas Skrekas&#8217;s case.<\/p>\n<p>The MPs face misdemeanor charges, varying by case, for moral complicity in breach of trust and moral complicity in illegal management of European funds.
