Weather: Instability peaks with rain and storms – When will 30s arrive
Greece's meteorological service forecasts increased cloudiness with local rain and thunderstorms across mainland areas Sunday, with temperatures reaching 24-27 degrees Celsius and northerly winds.
According to the Hellenic National Meteorological Service (HNMS), temporarily increased cloudiness mainly at midday – afternoon with local rain and thunderstorms in the mainland areas.
Visibility in the morning hours on the mainland will be locally limited.
The winds in the west will be variable 3 to 4 and in the east will blow from northerly directions 4 to 5, locally in the Aegean 6 on the Beaufort scale.
The temperature will reach 24 to 25 degrees in the Aegean and 26 locally 27 degrees Celsius in the rest of the country.

MACEDONIA, THRACE
Weather: In central Macedonia cloudiness with local rain and isolated thunderstorms in the early morning hours and again at midday – afternoon. In the other areas light cloudiness temporarily increased during midday – afternoon hours when local rain and isolated thunderstorms will occur.
Winds: Variable 3 to 4 and in the east northeasterly 4 to 5 on the Beaufort scale.
Temperature: From 14 to 26 degrees Celsius. In western Macedonia 2 to 3 degrees lower.
IONIAN ISLANDS, EPIRUS, WESTERN STEREA, WESTERN PELOPONNESE
Weather: Light cloudiness temporarily increased during midday – afternoon hours when local rain and thunderstorms will occur on the mainland.
Winds: Variable 2 to 4 on the Beaufort scale.
Temperature: From 15 to 26 and locally 27 degrees Celsius. In the interior of Epirus 2 to 3 degrees lower.
THESSALY, EASTERN STEREA, EVIA, EASTERN PELOPONNESE

The winds will blow from northerly directions, in the west 3 to 4, in the east 5 to 6 and locally in the Aegean 7 on the Beaufort scale.
The temperature will not show significant change. It will reach 24 to 25 degrees in the eastern and southern island areas and 25 to 27 degrees Celsius in the other areas.
